Ravioli workshop

 

Last weekend we got our hands dirty (in a good way!) making vegan gluten-free ravioli, and let’s just say there weren’t any leftovers. The favourite by far was the Parsnip Shiitake Filling, not only is it a delicious recipe for a cold fall/winter day but it makes your whole kitchen small incredible.

Gluten-free pasta dough proved to be too crumble-y to send through the pasta maker but we ended up getting terrific results with a rolling pin and some patience.
